I do believe in data, for sure.

But this is what I actually think about finding your niche:

Talent is when you do or communicate something so natural and obvious to you, but the person on the other side is completely blown away by whatever you just did or said.

And you are so obsessed with this something that whenever it comes up, you just effortlessly swim in a river of neurochemicals provided by your flow state.

If you’ve ever found yourself in a situation like this, pursue whatever the hell you were doing or saying at that moment. You’re good at it.

There’s your niche.
