I admit it: I am a home-alone workout fan.

I do like working out with other people, getting that group motivation, and using fancy equipment.

But there is an efficiency level in doing your workout at home that nothing can beat.

Put on shorts, lay down the mat, sweat the job, stretch, and shower.

No gym hours or other logistical constraints.

No distractions and interruptions.

Pure focus and intensity that no other settings can match in a demanding world.

Porn for the time-savers like myself.

The downside?

It requires some creativity to mix things up and add a twist to your exercise regimen. Otherwise, you feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending cycle of the exact same exercises in the exact same way. This can quickly become dull and uninspiring, killing your motivation and lead a plateau in your fitness progress.
